The footer should always reside at the bottom of every page. It should be responsive and resize according to the viewport. It should be persistent and consistent throughout. The only content requirements are:
- The background color must be UFT Dark Blue (#032e82)
- UFT Copyright information must be present.
Otherwise, the content of the footer may be dictated by the needs of the site.
